Not likely. And with a mini-skirt, the teacher would have been the center of attention every time she bent over. Picture every male student with that deer-in-the-headlights look
But that's quite effective at squelching any classroom chatter.
However it would be extremely difficult to get the chaps to actually look at their school books.

I don't think so.
When I was in school I had a teacher who was older than 50 years old for sure, but she always taught the classes in pantyhose and heels. The truth is that that vision led me to get better grades just so that she would take me into account. I think she was one of my first crushes
