Can we clean up the announcements?

I guess more specifically, can we get "2014 Chimerabondage competition CLOSED" moved to an archive or something instead of in the announcements section? 2015 will be over soon, so a post with 2014 in the title as an announcement could look a little bad. Just trying to help
