A sign really should have a yellow background. (Pony Lady also mentioned this, I think.)

Red and yellow is almost comical, sorry.

Lol really though, I think that the sign should be either a neon-ish green or golden yellow color with the Text black, and the "21's" black.
the you should make the circles black, and keep the circle background the same as the rest of the background. It WILL draw attention to people that don't know it's there.

If you use the green one, some guys are likely to claim that they didn't see it because not being able to see green is the most comon form of color blindness in men.
There's a fine line between cuddling and holding someone down so they can't get away.
