Privacy improvement

Hi there,

I would like to suggest one thing if possible and all agree.
As crossdresser and since I'm in the closet, I don't have anyone to talk and share about this. I think this is a great place for that.
But I'm concerned about the photos I post being available to everyone to see.

So, is it possible to make the photos only available to forum members?

Thank you

Not as such, but the forums are set up in a way that they can't be indexed by search engines. So someone would have to browse to the forums to see the photo's. There's no way to require them to be logged in however afaik.

This forum is based on phpBB. I think it's possible to only allow access to Crossdressing area to registered users group.

That would be up to Anna to create a members' only room, or to make Cross Dressing a board that can only be seen when logged in.
At this time, you could post modeling shoots of clothes you have purchased in the Reviews, and give feedback, sort of a show-and-tell. Only logged in members can view that board, but each post requires Moderator approval.

Thanks Shannon. That will do that then.

Thank you :)

Some advice on safe photo posting: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8662

This was brought to my attention some years ago, so I put up that announcement thread.

Also, make sure your face isn't visible. Blur or pixel it out, or paste a big smiley-face over it. There are so many software tools around to do that. GIMP is an excellent freeware image processing software.

Have fun, dress up and photograph safely!

Jenny.

Hi, Jenny. Yes I know about that.

The thing is that I like the photos with the face showing. I know this increases the risk of being recognized but if only boundanna members were allowed to see them the risk are somewhat mitigated as the "kinky" people are more open minded.
