What's this mean?

That's the forum database (that's how it works, like a database) freaking out. It happens once in a while, either through gremlins, evil spirits, the MIB, or some such mysterious force (basically it means I have no idea why ).

If it happens consistently (as the error message suggests) then it's time to raise the alert to Anna (preferably at the admin e-mail address, not by posting on the forum, obviously).
