Which is your opinion is the best game 3D game developer software for amateurs?
NEEDS TO:
1. Be able to have a coding/scripting option
2. Need text to speech with lipsynching
3. Be able to import ready made character models
4. Be good for amateurs, not too complex
5. Coding would allow for interaction with hardware.
What about BuildBox?
What about Amazon Lumberyard?

Well, Z, it seems you may know better than any of us, what the best software for this is. You could be the one to rate them by easiest to use, best results, most flexible, ect.
Bondage is like a foreign film without subtitles. Only through sharing and practice can we hope to understand.
A Jedi uses bondage for knowledge and defense, never for attack.
I am so smart! I am so smart! S-M-R-T!....I, I mean S-M-A-R-T!

All I could say was already written in the article you linked.
The only addition I would have is that lumberyard is basically Amazon's version of CryEngine so they might be fairly similar.
