Not to derail, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and wager that this woman - and by extension, that outfit - do not exist.
As in, this looks like an AI generated image.
To be clear, I'm not against AI images, I use AI for image generation myself.
Just pointing it out.

AI has become scary good, and for some reason it's very good at creating a latex look.
Images like these take me each about 15-20 seconds to create on a midrange consumer PC:

Sorry I don't really understand AI images what are they? I think I can guess but I don't really know.
I feel slightly embarrassed that I thought it was a real photograph and I was looking around wedsites trying to find things so I can make her outfit.

I like the second corset and I am now wishing I had bought an Overbust corset instead of my underbust one. Mine is very similar to the one in the first picture but mine has four clasps instead of five.
The First Lady her look is very classic I think and the black and white makes her look very Bettie Page like 1950's vintage I love that look, I love lots of looks actually. I would really love to have a steam punk outfit.
Yes I think the first one she is my favourite out of those three.

One example of that kind of waist I remember was about years ago, a legendary young lady going by the alias "Spook" ratcheted her waist down to 14 inches - you read right, 14 inches. Not only that, it was a "pipe-stem" waist. To have an idea of what it looks like, picture a pillow with a 4-1/2" diameter, 2" long piece of pipe cinching it in the middle (the "pillow with a belt" look).

Even I say "ow" .

Though I must admit to a little waist envy...

A few years ago, Spook loosened up to a more conventional hourglass shape.
