Probably not, as it's generally made to measure and probably falls apart when it's not worn.
It's mostly based on one or two knots repeated and/or weaving the ropes.

A lot of rope goes a small way, so you could easily use at least two 20m pieces or 4

If you crochet it or knit it, there might be a sleeve to match.
