A short pluming pipe, like for a sink drain... part of the P-trap...
Something that is just large enough to over your dick, but it bends back to lie flat against the body...
(or, a 90' elbow and 3 inch pipe...)
A little Vaseline to slip inside and so that you will slide around in the pipe.
Now, some tight underwear to hold everything in place...

Now, enjoy your day...
You will continuously feel it every time you move...

Interesting thought. Can you post a photo of the tube?

I've tried different things similar to what you mean but at some point the stimulation isn't much present anymore. I haven't actually used a pvc pipe though, so that might be different. Also some just slipped of while others were too big.
