Another thought to make your day interesting...
How do you feel about wearing a gstring in your current workplace? Or is that too little?
You could make your self a stretch triangle pantie that has no back, but instead fits over the end of a static butt plug, and stitch the front into the hem of your short skirt (or even a mid-thigh skirt)
The frustration is that you can't simply take the static plug out, as you will then be pantieless, which you say is an issue for you. Worse, you will have a flap of material hanging down, with a heavy plug still attached.
