Slave chastity control remotely

Hi!
Since few weeks, I am trying to find a device that I saw on a website, including a video and I am not able to remind where I found it. And because of the CellMate security breach widely covered by main stream medias, internet search became ineficient on this topic
I searched in forum history but failed to find it. So I start to doubt about my memory because such device would already have catch your attention!
In fact, it is not exactly the device that I am remembering but more the fantasy :
A slave, away from its Master, was wearing a device locked on its genitals. This device was monitoring its activity, like standing, lying on the floor, doing some exercice, staying totally still, checking if moving far from a specific place, ... and if the behavior of the slave was not the expected one, some "warnings" were sent before a punition (electric shock). Some predefined activities and paterns were available. And last but not least, master had remote control over the device trough internet.
I don't remember if it was a specific chastity device or an electric shocker locked on genitals, or even if it was a commercial product or a DIY, but I am pretty sure that at least one of you will find it if it is not my brain that built this fantasm!
