If it is difficult to find one, it may be that BDSM is a subject that possibly requires too much moderation to host. Either there would always have to be a moderator on duty, like a life guard, or the feature may be suspended when a moderator is not logged in.
That is just my thought. I didn't want your honest question to go unanswered.
