Undress completely
Put on your locking wrist cuffs and locking ankle cuffs
Place the spreader bar under a chair
Sit on that chair
Tie your ankle cuffs to the spreader bar
Then tie your thighs to the legs of the chair so that the thighs also remain spread
Put on your 2” locking traditional ball gag
