Pantyhose encasement ideas and dares

i will be encased on full body black pantyhose from head to toes, i must remaind encased during 60 minutes.
Looking for ideas, dares, tasks, challenges to perform alone indoor in that hour to enjoy/suffer the encasement.

Use at least 2 panties together for firmness. The key of your handcuffs under your feet in the pantyhose and once the panties are distributed all over your body, tie your hands
in front of you with the handcuffs.
Now, with your hands, rub the key up to an opening through which the key can go out so that it can be used to release your handcuffs.
