one belt around your waist( ideally also a pair of some tights and corset if possible). You’ll attach two ropes on either side of your waist with enough length to make it down to your heels. Use some belts or ropes to tight the heels on to make sure they don’t go anywhere and a point for the ropes to attach to. Attach the waist rope to the heels with just enough length that you cannot stand up and have your knees bent at a 90 degree angle ( imagine wall sits from gym class). To keep you up in place you’ll have your arms tied to the door or strong support structure. I know this is a challenge so try to stay in it for at least 5 min. If you make it to 10 min I’ll have a surprise for you

After JackWong25's exercise you may rest your legs. They need it. :rofl:
Lay with your back on the bed with your legs straight (stretching is a good exercise to avoid being too stiff the next day) and your hands crossed behind your head.
Every 3 minutes, do 10 abdominal exercises by raising yourself to a sitting position with your elbows touching the knees. Keep this up for an hour. You can decide for yourself how fast you do it: 10 times in a minute so you can rest for 2 minutes before the next series of 10, or once up and down every 18 seconds, or any other combination. It only counts if your elbows touch the knees.

What seems easy to do at first, becomes a tough exercise due to the fatigue. :twisted:

296...295...294...what was it again? i dunno. counting is impossible for a pain slut with her mind addicted to the rush. awkward bondage position. knees bent it hurts and it shows. my ankles wobble my legs shake, sweating panting and drooling like a dog even when not gagged. a hot mess for senior members to enjoy because the new ones are too busy cleaning up.

Well done, because JackWong25's assignment is a tough one. After my exercise you can rest well in the hope that JackWong25 will still give you a new scenario, even though you have not reached the 10 minutes. :mrgreen:

up and down every 18 second of course. the loads that havent burst need some moving flesh to stimluate them

elbow...knees...heels digging into bedding...not impossible but harder than normal after consecutive bondage predicaments.

tired, panting sweating and drooling while never gagged, the exercise is complete. calves are sore

That's why you have to stay 10 minutes tomorrow in your beautiful 6.5 inch ankle strap pumps. The day after 20 minutes, the day after 40 minutes, and so on. So always double the time of the day before. Until you grant Shannon's wish. :mrgreen:
