I think she was caught trying on her Santa hat too early. Someone noticed because the bobble was stuck in her hair, she tried to say it was a fascinator but it didn't work.
Tied up for talking about Christmas too early. There should be a date when it's safe to do that.

Halloween is discussed when the leaves turn. I put on my Halloween avatar typically 2 or 3 weeks prior, but there is no hard and fast rule. Sometimes reading or writing a post will trigger it.
Christmas season for me, is the instant Black Friday Eve dinner is over. The holiday avatar goes up, which is a fine indicator.

Oh love your little character she’s really cute.

I use to have a lovely pirate costume it went missing along with a few other things when I moved house a few years ago.
It was black velvet waste coat with gold lace trim. I had a matching hat and the dress was black lace and organza, quite short with a matching puff under skirt. I loved that costume.

Finally, the picture telling thread..... I blew it last time by describing the "do this to me" posting. Somehow, I see these 2 pictures being mixed up. I would think the blonde would have won the fight. Maybe those heeled boots made her slip during the fencing match. Also, the blonde's picture should be 1st, as she clearly walked the plank (naked), after having her clothes stolen.
