Ha, you got me, I am actually do a lot of endurance sport, like 5-10 hours a week. Is that really worth it? I don't know. If you don't like sport I am not that sure as you do not need the perfect body to have fun with yourself. My advice would be: Don't do sport to look better in the mirror, start sport to be healthier. However I just love sport, its pretty much like having sex for me and I am really looking forward to it every time.
(Funny thing: I didnt like sport all my life, at first I forced myself to do it for several month, and after that, I got a kick out if it. And if I had to choose if I had to stop being tied up or stop making any sport, I would choose to stop being tied up. Luckily, I can have both
