Trying to lose weight.

Post by restricted »

I need to excercise to lose weight. I lost some when I took dance lessons. So I'm going to do it again. But this one would excercise my manky legs as well. My legs are crap to look at so I wear long ones. I am setting up this sort of thing. Lots of skirt twirling and petticoat flashing.

My new petticoat turned up today. It's lovely. I will do a reverse strip starting from knickers and bra to the petticoats, skirt and blouse and put it on the photo shoot once the skirt turns up.
We have ways of making you happily suffer. You WILL enjoy yourself. That's an order.

Most important thing is: Train at least 3 times a week. (Better aim for 4 times and this will in the end result in 2-3 times ;)).

@restricted First well done for recognizing the need. I got to THREE times my healthy weight before doing anything. But know that losing weight is only achieved long-term by reducing calorie intake below expenditure. Exercise helps by increasing muscle mass which, as muscle needs many more calories an hour than fat cells, will raise the expenditure. Sadly this is not a good way to lose weight. What exercise DOES do is lose inches and you can pick where those inches are lost. Get on reddit and go to r/sissyfitness where there is a huge amount of information for getting the best feminine figure possible.
I realised that I had other issues that caused me to live like I did and sought professional help, it was a lot easier overcoming obstacles with help so don't be afraid of asking... you'll need all your energy to get where you want to be.
Good fortune and prepare to be amazed at what you will change.
