Can make myself understood in German and the other Scandinavian languages.

See C3PO talks with English accent not Bostonian is the one who has to translate for R2D2, and for the Ewoks, QED. Mind you he might have had trouble with Bostonians Like Benedict Arnold and John Hancock.
