Those are probably spring loaded lashing straps. Looks like the wrist coils are made before the start, and most of the work is done around behind the back. Not sure when the gag was applied, maybe cling film stretched like a hammock and the victim just walks through it?
Bondage is like a foreign film without subtitles. Only through sharing and practice can we hope to understand.
