My DIY Ballgag
Hi all! Well, I forgot my details to my account, so made a new one, anyways, I made a Ballgag, using a shoelace and a Brain Licker roller (the ball inside.) It's not the biggest, but definetly works! Just thought I'd share

It's creative, for sure. Do you require a small ball gag? If I may ask, you said it definitely works. Are you using it in a way that is more effective than the common practice?
