Comfortable & quieter chain

If you want to make sections of chain comfortable, i.e. around your neck. Get a bicycle inner tube, cut the valve section off & slip the chain into the tube. This creates a waterproof, comfortable & quiet section.

While I do love the sound of a chain rattling, I dislike it scratching my sanded, stained and shined floors. So thumbs up, C.
