3D Printed Locking Plug

Post by pavtron »

I didn't design this... but I printed it!

You need to convert it to metric and scale it up. 1200% worked for me.

Then a quick trip to the hardware store for some Nylocs and you have a plug that you can not get out without tools. Tools that someone might have locked in the ksafe. :whip:

* If you do this take all the 3D Printing safety precautions. Bake, Conformal Coating Coating, Condom, Lube.

Very cool indeed. I'd be inclined though to thicken the neck as there's a weak point there as it's tightened against the sphincter, and chamfer the inner faces slightly to lessen the chance of pinching as it closes. (If you've ever had a speculum pinch you'll understand.) For security the nut could be recessed and a security head bolt used (the sort with a pattern of two or more pins), the tool for which could, as pavtron suggests, be locked in a time safe or under someone else's control.

The designer was kind enough to include the source file so changes can be made. However I have no idea how to use Blender.

There is a chamfer along the split. Needs to be increased a bit. The other thing I would change... I would shorten the length and increase the locking angle.

speculum pinch
Until today, I did not know such an incident existed. Now I do, and the very thought makes my eyes water!

Considering the various bodily orifices where such an instrument can be inserted... I don't even want to know what it feels like down there

It's already enough that they seem to derive great pleasure in putting those things in a freezer before using them on sensitive bits...

Right from the freezer. What could possibly go wrong?

I mean, it can’t be worse than licking a frozen pole?

Yes. Yes you can.

It is a totally surreal experience to not be able to remove this thing. Attaching a chain to it will keep someone in the area until it's removed. Especially if it's held together with nylock nuts.

Such as https://nl.pornhub.com/view_video.php?v ... 43c0b81b6a where she tries uselessly to break the lock or chains.
