Nipple Puller

I just have to figure out the mechanism, what to attach to the motor and how to set it up to make the most of it.

Any ideas welcome, I will keep experimenting in the near future.

If you attach a disc to the motor in which holes are made at different distances from the center, you can put the connection to your rod in those holes.
This gives you the option of adjusting the distance between going back and forth.

The video you referenced shows the nipples getting pulled about once a second. That grill motor runs at 1 RPM, so without extensive modifications, any repetitive motion will be at 1/60th the rate.

The drawing Kinbaku posted is a good way to convert rotation into a linear back/forth motion. It is going to be a bit of challenge to connect a disc to the motor shaft. Then you will need to build the linear shaft/bearing/guide.

I would recommend using a rubber band to attach the nipple clamps to the mechanism.

I love the idea of one of those for personal use.

I'm not so sure this would work with that motor but if you mounted a motor vertically with an egg shaped or oval disc/cam mounted on top. Then fix the clamps via cord to a solid object so the cords formed two parallel lines from nipples to fixing point. Mount the motor at a height so the cam sides are just line with the cords and only just touches the cords but as the cam rotates 180 it forces the cords apart so pulling at the nipples. Different shaped cams would give different strength pulls.
This method would also give the nipple clamp a slight twist as it pulls so adding to the delight of the user.

If you are just pulling the nipples, then you don't need to worry about guides for the liner motion. Just have it drive directly off a peg on the wheel.
You just need to make sure the string doesn't snag on the peg or it will start winding up the string and every time it pulls it will pull a little more.
Unless that would be the idea. Just make sure the clamps pull off your nipples before they pull your nipples off.

I just looked at this and I had my arms folded over my chest while I watched it thinking I feel confused. It looks bad but why does it feel a little bit fun to be in her position too?
If it was something other than clover clamps that might be part of a fun scene but I don't know.
