Since I'm actually planning on being more active here, figured I would introduce myself (or re introduce myself.. I forget if I ever did!)
I'm ncait, also known as cait. I'm no beginner to selfbondage having done it for the better part of a decade. For me, I find the restraint relaxing and fun. It definitly is great incentive to stay on task for things I dont like doing. I have lurked here for years finding amazing ideas to do and have done many of them over the years. Most of my gear is made by myself or customized in some way to make it more strict. My specialty is rope bondage but I also do metal and leather bondage as well.
I'm always thinking about new scenarios and on the hunt for more!
