Hi all! I’m Sarah Elizabeth. I’m a 42 year old CD living in Central Iowa, USA. I’ve had two experiences with self-bondage, and both were somewhat dangerous and stupid failures. They were also incredibly arousing in a terrifying, I-want-to-do-it-again way. My goal in being here is to learn new methods as well as how to provide for a safe, somewhat timely escape….and maybe venture into “dare” territory.

You have come to the right place and there is already a lot to read here for you, such as the post 'Selfbondage safety'.

Thanks for the welcome! I’m very eager to work my way up as someone who can provide friendship, laughter, and perhaps some fun, sexy entertainment. Also, thanks for the advice on keeping multiple backups.
I’ve got all the standard bondage fare- handcuffs, rope, zip ties, duct tape, etc…just looking for new and creative ways to put it all together.
