Hi, I'm tracy, a cd from NJ. I used to do self bondage when i was younger, but have not done it in many years. I can no longer keep my hands behind my back for more than an hour or so because of my shoulders. After looking over the scenario's on here I found plenty of ideas to put myself in inescapable bondage with my hands cuffed in front of me. I'm looking forward to getting back to the fun and trying them out!!! Hello to all!!

Yes i am also finding I am not as dexterous as I get older, meaning I have to modify scenarios.
