I have made my own breast inserts for years then bought a couple sets of high quality silicone breast forms! They were amazingly real. But that wasn't enough so for the last few years i have been growing my own, just hit a 36DD cup bra. Real is so much better than imitation any day!

Last night I tied myself up with stockings and gagged myself with one. After struggling a few minutes I apparently got overly aroused, spontaneously, and had to launder my panty hose and girdle. lol

It really doesn't hurt, hurt that bad. Figure that the more tacks you have, the less the stress is on any single tack. be a lot worse with fewer tacks spread out, maybe to the point where the could pierce the skin.
