Mouth stuffing and tape gagged is my favorite.
Unlike a ball gag I can keep a tape gag on all day and night.I use some of my old stockings or tights
For stuffing and microfoam tape for the gag.

For me I just love the way it feels, I am a sub and a Dom at the same time.

I’m sure this is the way for many people but dressing up is a big part of self bondage for me anyway.
Sometimes it could be a skirt with stockings sometimes shorts with the high socks.
I never go naked, I prefer to have something sexy on.

would say Ballgag but the problem is I can only wear it for about an hour depending upon the size. I like mouth stuffing and microfoam tape personally, I could have that on all day and all night.
