Re: Segufix alternative?

I don't get on BoundAnna that often but I'd be glad to provide the files.
It's designed with FreeCad.
Since the forum won't allow .fcstd or .stl files, you'll have to rename them before using them.
I've also attached STL's of the parts.

Re: Has anybody had handcuff keys just stop working?

That's why I always use actual police handcuffs. NIJ certified cuffs are built to high enough quality standards that they have a very low chance of suddenly failing. The chance of both locks failing shut is low enough to be effectively zero as long as you have two keys. It's also not a bad idea to k...

Re: Discovered a better, cleaner ice release

Interestnig concept! What is your opinion on a mesh bag filled with ice-cubes pulled through a metal ring? The benefit is that it doesn't require any prep work. I'm not a fan of the dripping. I also like not being able to determine how much time is left until the release goes off, it makes me feel ...

Discovered a better, cleaner ice release

It is very easy to get stuck in self bondage. I have gotten close several times and it has always been due to difficulty of getting the key into the keyhole to release yourself. Getting stuck is a lot harder if the straps release after a certain amount of time. Ice locks can do this, but they are dr...

Re: Rope retractor

I have used SEAT BELTZ before to do something similar. If you can find a seatbelt mechanism with an auto-locking child seat restraint feature, you can modify it to do just this. Carefully disassemble the mechanism and remove the tip on the gear that deactivates child seat mode. Drill a small hole to...

Re: Segufix alternative?

With the bondage harness complete, it's time to compare it the the Segufixxx bondage that everyone loves. For $50 in materials and 8 hours in labor, it's not a bad alternative, especially if you like your bondage super tight. SEGUFIX: Security: :gag: :gag: :gag: :gag: :gag: From other member's posts...

Re: Segufix alternative?

The straps arrived yesterday and I'm glad I ordered 5 feet more strap than initially intended... I only have 3 feet left. I ended up making a Segufix-style body harness as described earlier. Although I don't post IRL pictures, it is set up as follows: [1] Strap running from small of back, down, betw...

Re: "Just one more belt" almost got me stuck

I didn't have a backup release, and next fight for freedom was a real challenge So how did you get free? I'm assuming not with the key, since you were :gag:  and couldn't take it down. Did you figure out how to open them with a bobby pin or similar? I got out of a similar situation by picking...

"Just one more belt" almost got me stuck

The things can work great when tried alone but fail totally when tried in combination with something else A while back I had the grand opportunity to have the entire house to myself. That could only mean one thing - I was going to enjoy a nice, long bondage session. In anticipation of this moment I...

Re: Totally Escapable BUT Strict Release Methods?

Hi all! I have a few evenings alone coming up, but it'll be really, truly alone. Anyone have ideas on good release methods that would be strict enough to keep the restraints on for some time, but are pretty low risk? So no ice locks, etc. Thanks in advance, lovely people! I've used ice locks and th...

Segufix alternative?

I have always wanted to be in Segufix bondage because it's adjustable, inescapable, and comfortable while being snug and (as described by other members) positively "yummy". I just ordered a bunch of 3/4" cam buckles and webbing for organizing tarps, etc. and had an idea: I think I mig...

Re: Safety of Arduino self-bondage timer?

As someone who has used MOSFETs quite a bit in various personal projects there are a few sneaky things that can creep up and cause MOSFETs to fail... and by that I mean fail shorted. First and foremost, I'm quite worried about the watchdog circuit that has a RC time delay connected to a MOSFET gate....

Re: What is your current/was your last: selfbondage experien

A few weeks ago I came across this product on eBay for "securely" strapping down cargo called LightSpeed Steelcore. It's basically the same as a cam-buckle mechanism, with the added feature of being able to lock the buckle closed with a (surprisingly pick-resistant) keyed cam lock, making ...

Re: Self bondage backup to the backup

I second the ice lock idea. Just make sure the ring is one piece and there is no chance of anything else catching on the ring.
Another good idea would be a door lock electromagnet connected to a suitable (3-4 AH) 12v SLA battery. Once the battery dies, the electromagnet cannot hold on anymore.

Re: High security long term metal wrist restraints?

Not sure if you are still looking, but...
Handcuff Warehouse sells Chicago X22 high security handcuffs. I'm a fairly good lockpicker myself and haven't even been able to loosen them one click without the key.
They are quite comfortable with leather padding under them for long term wear.
