Ballgag that is completely impossible to remove without key?

Hi fellow bondage lovers,

Just a quick question as I cannot seem to find a ballgag that is just they way I want it. I am into locking ballgags so that you can't remove them (found that) but none of them are actually secure enough so that you cannot pull the ball out of your mouth. It seems that the straps are always a tiny bit stretchy and, if I use my hands, I can pull the ball out of your mouth, even if I make it insanely tight. At this setting though, it is impossible for me to remove it without my hands, i.e. just by using my tongue, so this is only secure enough if my hands are tied well far from my mouth. Can you recommend a way of ensuring the straps won't stretch / a fix or anything? I just hate having a ballgag on properly locked on and being able to slide it out of my mouth if I pull with my hands. All I want is a ballgag which is completely impossible to remove without the keys! Is there such a thing / way?

For ballgag you would need some kind of harness. But i've seen some harnesses which you can just slide off, for example 1 or 2 straps going above head. Just think through before making a decision to buy.

But if not ballgag, bitgags don't come off with hands. The kind they use in ponyplay are some examples, but there are various kinds. Some may have a ball attached to middle (rare, none of the shops i usually check have such).

You've hit the nail right on the head. Leather, rope, plastic, etc. all stretch to some degree. What you need is a metal strap or harness. Check for pictures/website of Gord, or House of Gord, work. You'll find some very "permanent" ideas there.

The problem is that the skull and jaw are not attached with a simple hinge, and the jaw may be slid back relative to the skull. One of the simplest solutions is to use a mold-able plastic to shape a "ball" that encases the front teeth, top and bottom, then use it on a harness with a strap under the chin. You might also find a traditional ball in a harness like this one (not lockable, but they're around):

I have both of these and they are impossible to remove. The balls are made out of medical grade silicone, and are thus taste and odorless.
The harness is made out of high quality bridle leather and have very little give in it. The quality is comparable to a high quality bit harness for horses. This is my favorite gag so far.
For your purposes you would need locking buckles, but I have no doubt that Top to bottom leathers can supply that.

The plastic gag is extremely severe and the heavy plastic is easily moulded to your face and can be pulled very tight. Even using both hands I am unable to remove it at the tightest setting. However this is not a comfy gag that I would wear for any period of time. The harness on the other hand is super comfy.

replace the straps with somethign like a dog chain.lock it in back as tight as you can get it.

Easy to see, straps just move nicely away. I've bought a similar once myself, clearly 1 of my worst purchases ever.

It almost looks solid, but actually you can push the ball out from that hole. Strap over head slides off too.

You can also look for a gag/harness where the mouth strap is attached at the FRONT of the ball, instead of through the middle. The ball fills the mouth, rather than holding it wide open, but will be harder to remove.

Marissa has said what I would have said - a ball that actually fits into the mouth, small enough to go behind the teeth, only needs a strap that is tight enough to limit forward movement of the ball by perhaps 10mm is going to be impossible to expel or shift.

Most ball-gags are portrayed in the kink porn as forcing the mouth open as wide as possible - it may look sexy but it is very uncomfortable and unless secured by a substantial harness or extremely tight (and therefore intolerable for more than the time it takes to grab the photo!), will be fairly easy to dislodge.

Bear in mind the safety implications, but the smaller ball would allow some breathing space around it, and if a ball with holes in it ("wiffle" balls) then that would be even better.

put an eyebolt through a ball and put the ball in you mouth with the "eye" in front of your teeth.
now thread a small chain through the eye and lock behing the head as tight as you can get it.
