Is that a Chinese tug? I know they have some weird things floating around in their rivers - like inflatable sex dolls mistaken for ladies in distress, with a whole big deployment of rescue teams to get her out... and then turning red when they find out what it is!

It is made by a Dutch artist by the name of Florentijn Hofman.
(I'm actually a little worried that I remembered that ..... I think it is because he has the same last name as Albert, who discovered LSD)
