like... sewing? because you will pay more for material and thread than to just buy a pack of panties and a bra at walmart.
like... being creative with whiteytighties? well cut the crotch out of one and put it over your head and arms through the leg holes. and for a thong just put a pair on and give yourself a wedgie.

You can make a decent thong out of rope. Think crotch rope, except in reverse. Knots in carefully selected places can add to the excitement.

Hmmm, you could cut a pair of "real" panties so that the front is a nice V or whatever you want covering yourself, and then just hem the edges all along where you cut so the fabric doesn't rip on you. Probably wouldn't last VERY long depending on how you wear them and how often, but it wouldn't cost you more than a pair you already own and thread.
