You could put anchors into a large piece of plywood.
When you stand on it, you will hold it down. Adding furniture
and other heavy objects would add to the security. Rader

really large suction cups might work.

I've very recently used this simple method, in my case turning an under-stairs cupboard into a "cell"

All you have to do is make sure that once your feet are secured, you can't step off the board, as your own weight prevents you moving. In my case this was achieved by having the base-board almost the same size as the available floor.

The anchor points are known as "staples", often used for securing horses to stable walls! Basically a flat metal plate about 2" square, with a half-hoop welded to it, and with holes in the corners for screws.

My base-board was a slightly damaged kitchen cupboard door. Anything thick enough to take screws big enough to make sure you can't simply rip the plate off. I've actually put another pair of staples on it for securing someone in a kneeling position, or to provide anchor points for CBT cords etc
be a switch, double the fun :-)
