I want some new boots.
Something more simple, not a to pointy nose, not overknee, but i should have a good high heel.

So after looking on the internet, found something i likes. So i went into to city, seen some shoe stores, and found them.
So i know i can get them local :D

What deidra582 said... very nice, simple, non-hooker, and is the basic staple of the fall and winter boot fashion that crops up every year around this time.

And they're usually quite inexpensive, another big plus.

Well I'm not expert but I think they look very good, nice heel. I personally dont have a lot of luck with mail order boots. Early ventures resulted in my leg looking looking like a straw rattling in a tall glass :D

Sorry Jenny I had this horrible vision, well that mini ice age you experience in your part of the world..... can you get snow shoes with a six inch heel ??? :shock: (Told ya I'm no fashion expert :D )

Snowshoes? Those big racket-like things you strap on to your boots? Eek... :shock:

Winter boots with six inch heels, however, is another affair. I think simple practicality excludes heels that high. The highest I have is four inches and there's a one inch platform - the entire sole, heel and all, is rubber and the heel is a full-width affair. Good when everything is cleared of snow, but when I'm out shoveling snow (in my corset, at that), it's flats and cleats.

As for our "mini ice age", it's plain old winter for us.

mini ice age?? i'm in st-hyacinthe (half an hour from montreal) and i never heard of a mini ice age!!
