Hmmm... I would widen that bar at the bottom of the triangle, secure the wrists to that, then use a spreader bar on the legs, attached to the floor, and use it as a vertical rack.
To make the torment more interesting, 3 buckets: one bucket to fill the second one which progressively increases the tension on my body, which itself has a slower leak into the third one, slowly decreasing the tension.
Only one wrist would be locked to the top bar, the other held there by sheer tension. The key to the padlocks on the other wrist and on the ankles would be on another delayed release, so I would be stuck on my spreader bars until then!
Costume? Corset, garter, stockings, black pumps with 5" heels, opera gloves, mouth stuffed and cleave gagged with an extra scarf over that (to keep really quiet), a classic Irving Klaw portrait. Yummy!
