The air hockey paddle is backed with felt which sticks to the rough side of the velcro. Hides in plain sight. If you wrap it correctly it can't be dislodged once tied. It's the perfect size and shouldnt make you gag or choke.
Depending on the circumference of your head, you should have extra velcro left over from the 8" roll (available at Home Depo. ) You can coil the extra velcro around your neck to make a posture collar.
