I don't like the rope around the neck part, but aside from that, pretty hot.
If I was to try it, I probably do a body harness with some rope, and it the wrist coil to that.
Also, she needed something to connect her ankles, she has way too much mobility.

If you bind your ankles together, it wouldn't be a crabtie anymore, but more of an arm2legtie, somethin between both. 
Well, my opinion is, that it's a nice tie, easy to do, and gives you kinda much mobility. Nice for scenarios where you have to move around to get your key, etc.
I would then add some clamps for your nipples, tied to your toes, or so.
