help me rememeber this movie title pleaseeee lol

i can only remember flashes of it, and its driving me nuts that i cannot remember it. it was on normal tv so its not like a porno or something, i think it was like a romance/comedy.

there is like this guy and some how he ends up on like this island where women are the boss and they train him to be a slave and the head mistress takes a liking to him and they fall in love if i recall.

i remember a scene where he preps a bath, i remember a scene once they fall in love where he had tied himself up or something along those lines.

it was on normal tv in the middle of the day, older movie by the quality of the picture.

its eating my brain that i cannot recall it.

btw: when i saw it i was impressed by the whips used in that one.
