BDSM Music
Just a little bit of fun and social experimentation, for fun-z's, tell us what music you listen to during BDSM, or if not, any music that reminds you of BDSM that you quite like, and together, we might just be able to make a BDSM playlist for all of us from boundanna, or even just tell us some music you might want to listen to during play
and just to give you a little kickstart, a song that really reminds me of my crossdressing is "nancy boy" by placebo, and "bruise pristine" by placebo reminds me about BDSM very much, although during BDSM i quite like my faint background noise of techno... in general

Re: BDSM Music
I don't usually listen to music during SB, and for BDSM, screams of pain are quite sufficient, though if I wanted to select something appropriate, "Raise A Little Hell" by Trooper. Or "Taking Care Of Business" by BTO.
Electric Hellfire Club is also good - they have some nice, dark, gloomy stuff.
Jenny.

Re: BDSM Music
Music would only help to keep your sub entertained.
Much better to have them focus on the despiration of their situation.

Re: BDSM Music
it doesnt necessarily need to be for the time of BDSM, maybe for setting the mood beforehand though, the human noises are fun to listen to, but for long term SB i think a bit of music might just help prevent the slow decline into utter lunacy.
Re: BDSM Music
actually i like music for sessions. it can enhance the experience, and not distract from the scene.
i once made a CD for that purpose.
*that was before apple even thought about the ipod, so don't laugh*
can't find it right now, may have given it to domme friend.
but what i still remember:
1) will - "the summoning" from the album "pearl of great price"
*industrial music with gregorianic chants*
great piece for the domme to enter the prensence of the sub & introducing the right mindset. the strong beats combinded
with the chants let's the sub know his place & adds some dramatics.
every session is a combination of hight & lows, if you plan it right, music can add a lot to the feeling.
combine music you will see fitting for a flogging or other punishments with stuff you see fitting for relaxation or bootlicking.
some songs i know where on that disc:
loreena mc keenit "highwayman"
mylene farmer "california"
kraftwerk "elektrokardiogramm"
faith no more "slave to the rhythym"
i allways wondered why clubs or bdsm porn almost allways featured techno music. there is so much more to a scene, and the right selection can enhance the emotions dramatically.
just my 2 cents.

Re: BDSM Music
Oooo, pony, I like your selections! Will is good stuff...
Another addition in the "ironic humiliation" category: "Macho Man" by the Village People...
Yes, I tend to rub it in
Jenny.

that is double ironic, considering VP's image.bound_jenny wrote: Another addition in the "ironic humiliation" category: "Macho Man" by the Village People...

btw: found the master again, here is the whole 75 minutes, with YT-links added *when i could find them*
1) will "the summoning"
2) mylene farmer "california"
3) primal scream "come together"
4) audio active "happy shopper" 5) faith no more "slave to the rhythym"
6) apocalyptica "nothing else matters"
7) lorrena mc keenit "highwayman" (live)
depeche mode "enjoy the violation" (11 minute italian bootleg mix)
9) snap "rhythym is a dancer (remix)"
10) terranova "bombing bastards"
11) kraftwerk "elektrokardiogramm"
12) will "crowning glory"
okay, just my luck of timing, YT is offline for maintenance right now.
but i think you catch my drift. good BDSM music is what get's YOU into the mood for session, and allows you
to structure a session in accordance with the music, to enhance the feeling.
Re: BDSM Music

Just in one of those moods I guess.

Re: BDSM Music
because BDSM music doesn't allways have to feature bdsm in the lyrics.greenfrog9 wrote:i don't know how these were passed up: whip it - devo; slave for you - britney spears; control - puddle of mud; waiting - pink floyd; and tons more i don't know title/artist for

Wow I had no idea - you can find the down loads everywhere and they all have the same cover art wtc. Well I guess I shoudl stick to buying cd's
We do have a great local music store that sells used cd's and has a huge collection. I go in with $50 and leave when I have spent it. got NWA's greatest hits for $5 and not a scratch on the CD
