That's not a lot of stuff to play with, but I'll give it a go.
1. Place your bed in front of a tv with a dvd player connected (or place the tv.....you know).
2. Find your favorite porn dvd and put it in the player, have the remote close to you.
3. Now put some toothpaste on your cock and asshole (be careful, I don't know how you react to this, try it first!!!).
4. Spread-eagle yourself to the bed, your face facing the tv.
5. While locking yourself to the bed, keep the remote close to your hands.
6. When completely locked to the bed, press the play button.
7. Throw the remote as far away as possible.
Use your own desired release mechanism and don't forget to adjust the tv volume before throwing away the remote
