I don’t believe there is a thread for asking general (not admin) questions for Anna. Please be patient with waiting for a response. Anna is usually unavailable.

I am not sure I understand your question, but I will say that Anna does not currently participate in the discussions here for personal reasons. She is keeping the forum going for us here, due to its popularity.
The Moderator team does have some capabilities to administer users, if you need that kind of help.
If you have a forum question, you might try posting to "Site Feedback". But that is for questions about how to do things, or suggestions.

No. She has a life away from this forum and prioritizes it over this website. She has not been an active participant here in many years and likely will continue this arrangement for many years to come. When I suggested to have patience when waiting for a response, I was actually thinking that you might never actually get a response from Anna.

An unusual question for an admin, I'd say.

We all have the utmost respect for Anna and whatever time she can muster to take care of the technical details behind this forum.

Shannon and Riddle have largely answered the question - Anna has a very low active profile and leaves the running of the site to the Moderators, though she does occasionally drop in.

If any member wants to ask a specific question relating to the running of the Form, contact any of the moderators - we do communicate between us so a reply will usually be the result of a consultation rather than a single person's view.

Site Feedback is indeed the best place for such questions. Avoid personal or private question though. I also try to answer emails but those have been known to be blocked by google/yahoo or whatever email provider that is used by the sender.
