you are also asking for something very specific. Not everyone is interested in chastity, even fewer are likely to want to spend their time helping you enjoy your personal kink.

You don't actually need anyone to maintain your "permanent" chastity. Just get a good quality stainless steel device, a good high security padlock, put the device on, lock it and destroy the keys. But you don't REALLY want permanent chastity, just the fantasy. Nothing wrong with that !
