I was bored so I created a simple skill.

I can now say "Alexa ask Emla lock for status" and it'll respond something like "Stephen is now locked for 14 hours 5 minutes and 14 seconds". The name "Stephen" is configurable.

I can also say "Alexa tell Emla lock to add 3 hours" and it'll add time.

Using the Alexa skill editor other phrases can be used; "Alexa tell Emla lock to punish Stephen for 3 hours".

It just uses the API; the user key, api key, and name used are all stored in a config file.

Wow. Just imagine what it would be like to have a mistress with one of those. Rather than threatening extra time, she could just turn to it and say the words and it would be done, there and then, no arguements. That would soon bring me into line.

Thanks for doing that work for us. I wondered how Alexa could be programmed. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with lots of the things you used, so it will require quite a lot of study.

i desperatly try to get the Alexa SKill working, but i have Zero programming or coding expirience.
i managed to get the Intents, but there is no connection between alexa and emla. Also i didnt understood the complete go part.

can u help me?

Welcome to BoundAnna, grinserzockt.
The go is a language tool, so you need to build the program and I think you need a server to make it work.
I'm sorry I can't help you further.
