I've had good results with a simple bullet vibrator in against the underside of my glans, with a condom over everything and a rubber band or strap around the shaft to stop the bullet moving position. I've also taped one in place using medical tape which keeps it in exactly the right position but is a bit messy afterwards.

Thanks again for all the good tips. After a lot of experimentation, including the Shaver, I discovered yet another way. During one of my scenarios I was tied to a Chair. I had left the electronic equipment behind because of the noise it makes. During the session, I began to make movements like I was fucking someone. My scrotum wat tight and extremely sensitive. After a period of time I came messing things up
