Red flags that I see right away in that image:

- Her weight isn't evenly distributed between all the ties.
- She is being "pulled" forwards by her hand tie and "downwards" by her knees. This puts undue pressure on her chest ties.
- The red rope is only wrapped around her chest, just above the waist. BIG problem, as that puts a lot of stress on the bottom of your ribcage!
- The other chest harness has a rope wrapped around her neck, which is a choking hazard.

On the positive side, that was a smart way to tie her hands. They're not bearing her weight, and would be relatively easy to self-release if necessary in case of emergency. Her left leg also has good support.
