I have a description of the suspension hogtie, but I think it's too dangerous.
I had even seen a video where it was done on a mattress with only the knees touching the ground.
But as said: self-bondage involves risks, but if you add suspension to it, you increase the risks by up to 100 times.
Not only the risk of falling, solved by staying very low and a thick mattress underneath you, but also an incorrect pressure distribution between the ropes, a rope that has been laid incorrectly and pinches a nerve, trauma due to orthostatic intolerance, pinching of a bloodstream, becoming unwell and no longer being able to respond in time, a knot that has been made incorrectly or placed in the wrong place, insufficiently balanced weight distribution over the entire body, ...

If you want to go in that direction, I therefore advise you to first learn everything about these risks, possibly take lessons about suspension from experienced people so that you can assess whether someone who does suspension bondage for you is really competent. It is best to do it with two helpers, who can immediately support you while the ropes are cut if something is wrong.

I also sometimes dream of a good suspension bondage, but I don't think it's worth the risk of losing my life.

The spread eagle is doable and is one of my favorites, together with the standard hogtie. So you can always try that.
