Tie a couple of clothes pegs (the sort with two bits of wood held closed with a spring) to something solid with about a foot of string a bit above nipple height. Put on either handcuffs or wrist cuffs with a padlock. Put keys the other side of room, out of reach. Attach clothes pegs to nipples and lock your wrists behind your back.
The only way to escape and get your keys is to walk slowly backwards dragging the pegs off your nipples. Fun the first couple of times but you then end up standing there daring yourself to lock your wrists. It really is an agony and ecstasy moment when you have to drag them off. You have to work out how many time you want to dare yourself to do it.
Your nipples will remain tender for sometime after which adds to the experience.
