I have had a PA piercing for a few years I found a cage that hooks in my PA and has a ball ring. Once locked there is no way out till unlocked.

I've seen the sort of thing you mean, looks like a great idea if you are pierced, no way to pull it off like ball clamp devices. Actually makes me want to get pierced just so i could use one.
