I'm not aware of any version that you could buy...

Check out occorics' links. If you are looking for actual physical boards, I doubt anyone is actually selling those. You'd have to make your own

I have neither seen nor heard of such a board game.

The artwork you show is likely assembled from various images and the rest Photoshopped, either as a fantasy artwork for just for fun/as a joke.

I suggest you try to find the highest possible resolution image of that, print it out or have it printed in large format at an office supplies store (some have custom printing facilities, and it would be fun to see you go there and ask for it in person... ).
